I’m Diana, and I create tasting journals for people who enjoy exploring flavour.

Living in Scotland, I’m surrounded by a thriving craft drinks scene – from whisky distilleries and gin makers to specialty coffee roasters and breweries. The culture here takes tasting seriously, in the best possible way. Time spent at distilleries, tastings, and conversations about flavour has taught me that the best approach values attention and personal preference over rigid rules.

My tasting journals are designed to give you structure without getting in the way of the experience itself. They offer prompts and space to notice aroma, flavour, texture, and your personal response, while leaving room for your own interpretation rather than prescriptive scoring. Writing things down creates a record you can return to over time – not to judge, but to recognize patterns, favourites, and how your taste evolves.

The first journal in the series is for whisky tasting. Journals for gin and coffee are coming soon, with more titles in development across other drinks and foods.

All journals are created independently, with a focus on clarity, usefulness, and respect for individual taste.
